We are happy to have a staff of seven licensed massage practioners who are dedicated to your health and well-being. They will work with your doctor or other health care specialist to provide the most complete care for you auto, work or sports related juries, and other specific painful conditions. Our therapists are preferred providers for most health insurance companies, and regularly update their skills and knowledge with continued education classes. Services include:

• Professional medical (injured treatment) massage sessions that can incorporate a variety of techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point and craniosacral work, assisted stretching and hydrotherapy.

• Recommendations and products for a home-based self-care program utilizing exercise, stretching, hot and cold applications and linaments.

• Relaxation massage sessions, gift certificates and gift bags for special occasions.
